Alyssa started her career as an Athletic Director for a Central PA school district where she met her husband, PJ, who was the Transportation Coordinator.
​
In 2017, Lisa Weikel, the owner of Weikel Busing, LLC asked PJ to be her Operations Manager. Weikel Busing ended up growing so much that Alyssa left her job at the school district to join the company full time managing their charter division, human resource and overseeing the transportation management for Midd-West School District.

​In August of 2021, Alyssa and PJ, established Adam Transportation, LLC with Alyssa as the sole President Owner.
